Xiangli group has a good reputation in the real estate industry. Dayi Villa, known as World Architecture Museum, was invested by Xiangli and designed by International architects. Dayi Villa has created the record of highest land transfer fee in Guangzhou, and topped the list of Super Elite Houses in China for five years in a row.

Recently, Xiangli developed several elite residential projects in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan, Qingyuan and Dongguan, such as Xiangli Up Town, Banff Town, Golden Sea Garden, Banshan Cuiting.

In 2017, the first flagship nursing base with the concept of vitality and medical care— Baiyue Baitai Panyu Urban Nursing Center, was officially put into operation, which provide comprehensive care services for the elderly, such as full-time nursing, rehabilitation therapy, healthy meals, leisure and entertainment, and elderly education. In May 2017, Baiyue Baitai was awarded the honorary title of the first Medical and Old-age Care base in Guangzhou.

In the same year, Xiangli Group invested heavily in developing a new health resort in Toupi Village, Maofeng, Guangzhou. The project covers an area of 140 Mu and will take Hakka culture, health culture and international symbols as the main design idea to build a leisure life cultivating town with Hakka folk customs, pastoral leisure, ecological vacation, cultural exhibition, science education, sports and other Hakka cultural themes.

Recently, Xiangli will further develop the residential projects in Yangjiang and expand the large-scale commercial projects in Huadu District of Guangzhou to inject new vitality into urban development.
